Hi All,

Recently we have upgraded TM1 Instances from 9.5.2 to 10.2.2 . We are facing issue with feeder files in 10.2.2 ( Persistent Feeders = T), I have created a TI process to delete persistent feeders after executing TI: Delete Persistent Feeders, I'm bringing down the TM1 Server. After starting TM1 Server the feeder files are getting recreated , size of feeder files before and after start is completely different and after I log in to the TM1 Server , I'm unable to see the objects. But physical files are available in database directory.

Has any one encountered similar issue, any suggestion how to fix this issue.

Adding to the issue, we are able to find error message in TM1Server.log,

6040 [] ERROR 2014-08-22 05:11:29.511 TM1.Server ***** Persistent Feeder error *****
6040 [] ERROR 2014-08-22 05:11:29.511 TM1.Server Feeder file error/inconsistancy detected for cube "}StatsByClient" reason:Previously found a cube with rules but no feeder file but there is a feeder file for this cube
6040 [] ERROR 2014-08-22 05:11:29.511 TM1.Server **********

Whenever we see the above error message in TM1Server.log we are able to log in to TM1 and everything looks fine in TM1. What is this error message about ..?

So the TM1 is server is accessable after restart ? when you said you can't see objects , do you mean cubes , dimensions are gone ? Have you check with the security ? What security authentication you're using ?

From what it seems , I don't think feeder is causing all these issues .

Yes, I'm able to access the TM1 Server, but I cannot see any objects.We are using IntegratedSecurityMode=1.

Have you checked whether the application has loaded into memory? Look at the TM1sd.exe on the server and see it's a significant number, if so then you're probably looking at security issues.
