Feeders File gets corrupted in 10.2.2

Hi All,
I'm facing a issue with Feeder files ( Persistent Feeders - T) in 10.2.2.
Issue 1: I have created a TI process to copy the data from one version to another version within the same cube, this cube has rules and feeder statements. During the execution of TI process the feeder files are either getting deleted or corrupted.
Issue 2: We have a TI process which is scheduled to run once in a week . The functionality of the TI is , when executed it deletes all the feeder files, save the data , stop and start the TM1 Server. But when the server goes down feeder files gets recreated instead feeder files should be created when the TM1 server starts.
Does anyone has faced similar kind of issue ..?
