TM1 10.2.1 Model import into TM1 10.2.2

Hi,

I have 1 model in TM1 10.2.1 with application.
When I moved this model into TM1 10.2.2, most of the thing works.
however when open the application on web, it only can open in TM1 application web.
I tried to open in cognos insight -connected or cognos insight -distributed. It prompt me this workspace .cdd must be upgrade to be used with this version of cognos insight.
once upgraded, the workspace will no longer be compatible with previous version.

I clicked upgrade then it gave me the error
[CCLMsg: system text='Unable to create the directory app-tempdir: temp
Verify that the directory exists. Verify that the application has permission to access the directory.']
show as the attachment.

The user that i am using is Administrator.

Is any possibility to use the application without downgrade to 10.2.1?

Found the solution,
the solution is to add the user which is using into the security of the install path and grant full control.
