Cognos Insight Distributed Mode - Create default workspace?

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone familiar enough with Cognos Insight knows whether or not you can create a default workspace when a user selects Cognos Insight -Distributed as their client from TM1 applications. The reason I ask is that I am interested in creating a custom workspace so that users aren't just presented the view that was assigned in Performance Modeler, I would like to add other tabs such as an "Instructions" and a "Graph" tab.
I believe by default, when a user selects the Cognos Insight - Distributed Mode, a view is created based on the view that was assigned to the application that was deployed in Performance Modeler as shown below.
So for example, instead of just Tab 1 I want to add two more tabs (with custom text and pictures) that will be included each time a user selects Open Cognos Insight - Distributed from TM1 applications. If you know of way please let me know.
