Send mail when submit application in cognos TM1 version 10.2

Hi everyone

I have problem send email when user click submit application approval hierchy. I have one solution is write code TI send mail auto.
I am create cube include dimension (Username, email) . After i am create code TI but i don't know where to start.

I am using cognos TM1 version 10.2 and application web . Can you advise me the solution of this problem ??? I read a lot of thread on this issue but still no viable results. I want to use code TI and how ??

Since you are on 10.2, there is functionality to achieve this. Please refer to this link from IBM information center:

We are a version behind and I haven't had a chance to test this yet. However, reading through the section "Configuring HTS" in the above link, it looks like this might help in your situation.

The notification settings display after the list of settings. By default, notifications are configured for the Submit and Reject workflow actions.

Hello eveyone,

I create code TI and send mail Successful.

But when i add process to execute on a workflow action in application the same image under

TestSend mail.png (12.34 KiB) Viewed 8172 times

After then I am deloy application successful but when i click Submit i meet error

did you solve the application web error message by refreshing the application? We kept getting the same issue and we just reset the application and it went away.
