memory usage experiences 10.1.1 vs 10.2.2

Hi

Does anyone have any experience whether the memory that a TM1 server uses changed significantly in 10.2.2 vs 10.1.1?
I'm currently planning an upgrade and would be good to know whether we should calculate with higher needs.

We will also do a test later on our Test server, just would be good to know in advance what I should expect.

We want to use MTQ, if it makes a difference.
