I was wondering if someone else has come across these error messages often recently?

We've been experiencing these quite often recently. Some additional remarks that may or may not help, but unfortunately all rather subjective thoughts:
We started getting this problem after a server upgrade to v10.2, while all client tools are stil v10.1
Nearly all users seem to be facing this problem, some more frequent than others
It happens very randomly, sometimes a number of times in a very short time interval, sometimes i can go a full day without getting kicked out
My personal feeling is that this happens more (or even only) when working with instances on the production server, than with instances on development or test
When connected to more than one model or instance, you sometimes get kicked out of all of them, sometimes it's only one of them
We haven't found a potential cause for this yet, as in there aren't some automated chores running at that time on the server or it's always happening after a specific user action, ...
I'm sorry my question isn't more concrete but it's a bit of a mystery for us at the moment so pointers where to dig would help immensely!
Perhaps also worth mentioning is that we have set the ClientPingCAMPassport parameter to 1800 in the tm1s.cfg file (equal on all environments).
But the disconnects happen more often than every 1800 seconds, so I don't think this is causing the issue to be honest.
Seems somehow related to the upgrade of the server version but I can't really understand why.
