Problem with opening Strategy Maps on Cognos Workspace

Hi,
We encountered a problem while trying to open a TM1 Strategy Map to Cognos Workspace.
After we configured a connection between TM1WEB and Cognos, we are able to see the TM1 cubes in Workspace and add a view as a Widget.

The problem is that after we added the view, we can't see the Strategy Maps in the Metric Diagram List (error1.png).
In the TM1WEB we are able to see the list (error2.png).
We have talked with IBM support, they checked and saw that it works fine on their environment.
We also tried to reproduce on the Samples (Go_Scorecards), and the problem still exist on our environment.

Our installations are:
Cognos BI - 10.2.1 FP2
TM1 - 10.2
Both installed on the same server - Windows Server 2008 r2 Standard.

Any Ideas..?

Seems to be ok on my end as well. I am able to see the strategy/impact etc.
I do have many issues initially until I went through a few IBM support articles as with 10.2 FP2 and above, there are a few manual re-configurations required.
