TM1Web 10.1 - TM1Weblogin.aspx does not display properly

Hi

I'm using tm1 10.1 (through Cognos Express) and IE 10. The TM1Weblogin.aspx page does not display properly (empty).

Does any one have an idea where I should lookup?

Is your IIS set up correctly to serve static content?
