Hi All,

We are using Tm1 web version 9.5.1.Users will require data of some employees. In tm1 perspectives users used to paste the required employees info from another sheet into subset editor. But the same thing we are not able to do it in TM1 web.Is there any way from which we can get only specific employees information or please suggest alternative way of getting the required employees information?

Do you already public subset say for each department? I wouldn't create too many subsets but if you could say automate subset creation by looping through data and creating subsets for the users would that help? You're description of what the subsets need to be is a little on the light side,

Jim.

we are not creating public subsets for users..
Scenario : Employee dimension will have 10K+ emp codes. User A would like to see only 100 Emp details. This list of 100 can vary depending on the requirement of the user. Earlier in TM1 Perspectives, same user would do this by clicking Employee dimension and pasting only these 100 emp codes. The corresponding details would come. How can this be achieved in TM1 Web, as we are not able to paste the Emp codes in Subset Editor of TM1 Web.

In the past when working with employee details I've either achieved something like this with a combination of security and subsets. It doesn't sound like you're restricting access to the employee details much. How many mangers are we talking about? Surely a combination of access to only their employees with subsets for them will achieve what they want?
