TM 10.2 Action Button Display on Web

We opened an initial SR with IBM: When we add a second action button, the properties on the first (original) are set back to the default settings when published to web. The worksheet files that is used to update the web show both buttons with proper appearance.

This was initially resolved by:

1) clearing temp-files for PMPSVC and TM1Web: 1) In Windows Services, stop the IBM Cognos TM1 Applications service
2) Navigate (in install directory) to the following location: C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost
3) Delete the \tm1web and/or \pmpsvc folder (make sure this is the one under \Catalina\localhost\, not \webapps\) as required
4) Clear your browser cache in Internet Explorer /Chrome/Firefox

We are again experiencing Action Button display inconsistencies. We recreated steps that resolved the intial SR but with no success. If we define all with Hyperlink, one changes to default setting and vice versa. Does anyone have any ideas we can test to prevent this from happening on an on-going basis?

I have seen this occur quite often during development, especially if the action button is copied and pasted as opposed to inserting a new one.

Seemed to get resolved quite easily however by completely closing IE and then opening it back up.

Also noticed extreme differences between IE, Firefox and Chrome.

To be fair on 10.2 I've sen some really weird a wacky stuff with actions buttons in 10.1 as well. Again especially when having multiple buttons.

Thanks all for the input and insight. We will be installing 10.2.2 next week and hopefully some of our problems will 'go away'.
