Hi,

I wish to map a value from cell1 in sheet1 in workbook1 to a value in cell2 in sheet2 in workbook2.

There seems to be no available 'Value' option from the source workbook - as a workaround I created a dummy SUBNM with the correct value. However I can't seem to get that to work - what needs to be filled in and with what?

cell2 is being replaced with blank (the destination seems to be fine).

Use "Value" as Source Type and - as in your example - "=W11" as Source Object (without quotes)
(The figure below will write the value from A1 (source-sheet) to B2 (destination-sheet))
