RDS deployed as a published app

HI,
We have a new TM1 environment setup and have an option to deploy TM1 to the users using the RDS published app from Windows 2008 server.
We have the RDS Web and RDS Application and Broker Server setup and it's available only for internal users. At this early stage, the testing is going ok.
Has anyone deployed TM1 this way and if so do you find performance ok? In the past I've only used the traditional RDS session where the users log into an RDS server but this way the excel session is showing up on their desktop.
Thanks,
Fionnuala

if you are asking in the hopes that running the TM1 client this way will behave the same way, bandwidth-wise, as running the client under Citrix or RDS server-side then the answer is no.

Thanks tomok,
it actually looks like an excel session on the user's desktop, but requires a log in to the RDS. Testing looks promising in terms of response times so i'm wondering if anyone else is using TM1 this way.
I've attached a screenshot with the login page and how excel looks once the RD app is connected.
I believe that Windows 2008 server is needed.

That looks like a Citrix Receiver client to me - if so, it should work fine in the main.
