Hello all
We have recently upgraded from TM1 10.1 to 10.2 and now several users (myself included) are having problems with slow re-calculation in Excel 2010 - similar to what I'd expect to see if someone had a workbook in automatic calculation or if the Application.Calculate method was called in a macro. Worksheets that will take <1s to refresh take 20s etc. This is when they're pressing 'F9' or 'Shift+F9' to recalculate.
In all cases I've seen the workbook is definitely set to manual calculation and the only fix I've found is to re-add the add-in to Excel. This seems to work for a bit but the problem recurs later.
Has anyone come across something similar?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Perspectives recalculation problem - TM1 10.2
Hello
I haven't seen this one before.
Did you raise it with IBM?

Re: Perspectives recalculation problem - TM1 10.2
Not yet but will do. The toolbar appears correctly, the buttons and all TM1 formulas 'work' and give the right answer. The only difference is that the splash screen has not been appearing.
If I go to addins, uncheck tm1p, and use the browse menu to add it again it will work correctly for that session but not when Excel is closed and re-opened.
We've got two workarounds for the moment. First is to load Perspectives manually - we don't want to do this because it's not what our users are used to. Second is adding tm1pRibbon.xlam as an addin as well. Don't ask me why this works but it seems to fix our problem.
