TM1 Performance Modeler 10.2.0.0 problem.

Dear all,

I installed TM1 10.2 on Windows 7 32-bit. When I tried to access TM1 Performance Modeler first time, I failed.
At the "Connect to IBM Cognos TM1 system" window I added http://server_name:9510/pmpsvc/services, there was only one button available "Log on as" and gives me an error message after pressing: "Unable to login to the planning server, the TM1 server may be unavailable. The application will now exit."

The same time Architect, tm1web, Cognos Insight are available.

What should I do?

Did you configured the TM1 server you want to connect to in TM1 Applications? Just open the URL http://server_name:9510/pmpsvc/ in your browser. If it is the first time, he will ask you for a TM1 server which will be the authentification source for TM1 Applications. So you must use a valid username and password combination which exists on this server. After that, you can configure further TM1 servers in the Options after you have successfully logged in.

After this you can use the Performance Modeler for the configured servers.
