PerformanceModeler64.msi file is missing

Hi all,
I'm in the process of upgrading TM1 from 10.1.1 to 10.2 on Windows Server 2008 64 bit server. I ran the installer with 'Run as administrator' option and it completed successfully. I selected Cognos Insight and Cognos Performance Modeler components within the installer. After successful installation, I applied FP1 as well. However, when I try to launch PM from TM1 Applications Portal, a message is being displayed that PM is not installed and an option to install the PM is displayed. On clicking the Install Now option, an error msg is displayed -"The requested resource (/pmpsvc/rcp_installs/PerformanceModeler64.msi) is not available." I browsed to the said folder and the file was indeed missing. Hence, I tried to perform a fresh install on another server just to get hold of this missing file but had no luck.
Has anybody faced this issue before? Can you please help me resolve this issue as without PM in a working condition I'm not able to proceed with the upgrade.
Thanks in advance.
