TM1 process

When the process is executed by myself using tm1 web , it takes less than 10 seconds. When the same process is executed by other user, it takes around 2 minutes and some time "Operation failed" message is received.

The process runs in background and gets executed.

I searched a lot in Google but was not able to anything concrete. Can you please throw some light on the reason behind it.
