How to Create multiple pages from one in Cafe.

I have recently converted from Cognos Planning to TM1 10.2. One feature that I used extensively with Planning was the excel add-in feature whereby I could link to a cube and then create a formatted report tab in excel and from there make multiple pages from the original with the batch function.

I have begun to use Café and can link to the TM1 cubes however I cannot find any documentation on how to create multiple pages from an element listing. Is there a process or procedure or technique that I can do same in Café?

Thanks
tom

I dont know about CAFÉ ( it is pretty new to TM1) but, if I understand you correctly, you can do this via the traditional Perspectives add-in and the "Print Report" Option. This will cycle round a dimension list , eg cost centre, producing a report for each, which can be either separate workbooks or tabs in the same workbook. You can snapshot or pdf the output.

You will also find that Perspectives and TM1 web will give you much better control over formatting than CAFÉ for both reporting and input. CAFÉ will perform better over the web than Perspectives, not sure how it compares with the latest TM1 Web.
