Cant create datasource in CX Manager

Hi Guys,
After installing 10.2.1 CX on Win Ser 08 R2, I decide to create TM1 Cube datasource in CX Manager... following standard procedures I inputted all the required fields, waited for several seconds and BANG message below:
I found this tech note http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg21473032, but dont see how is it applicable to TM1 as the source..
Has anyone experienced this problem before? I thought to myself maybe it has something to do with model have been developed in previous version of TM1 (9.5.2 I think), so I created a brand new CXMD directory with Test Cube. However, no luck - still the same error.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
