Cube supress cells with values

Hello,

I 'm facing a strange behavior in TM1 that I would need some help.

I have a TI process to export data to a SQL DB and when executing it I only export January and February. The strange thing is that I have data from January to December.

I've exported the view data to csv and it only exports the same months but, if I uncheck the "suppress zero or null data" it exports every months (all of them have values).

This also happens with supress zeros in the cube view.

In the cube rules, january and february have data from a TI process and the other months have data from a DB to another cube.

Has anyone ever faced this strange behavior ?

Thanks in advance, best regards

Jorge

Yes, this 'strange behaviour' means you have no corresponding feeder statement in your source cube (or the statement is incorrect) and therefore your target cube is not fed. If you show us the relevant rule and feeder statements from both cubes along with their dimensionality we can try and help solve your problem.

Hi qml,

the feeders are place in the source cube (that was also one things I remebered to check). Either they are correct or not I can try to copy the rules here but I can't see any error on them (remeber that if I unckeck the "suppress zero" option in a normal export to csv I can do it.

In attach is a word file with a image of the suppress zeros on and off in the cube.

Thanks,

The quickest way to tell if it is a feeder issue is to open the cube you are trying to export, go to a leaf-level cell that is NOT being exported (and you think should be). Right-click in the cell and choose "Check feeders". if the message says "not fed" then that's the problem.

It's says fed by doing this and still it considers the element as null in the export (and yet as you can see in the word file the elements have values).

I don't believe you, sorry. Please provide a screen shot of 1) the view showing the actual cell you are right-clicking on and 2) the message that says "fed". Mind you, i didn't say "Trace feeders", I said "Check feeders".
