TM1 10.2 - Annotation & Commentary Impact

In Tm1 10.2 , Can someone please elaborate on known impacts of adding annotations using attachments or comments on the performance of the Tm1 Web Applications in terms of slowness in opening nodes or higher loading time of workflow page.
Please share best practices regarding this new feature - that one should keep in mind before demonstrating the same to the client - for example limiting the File size or File types in terms of attachment ?
Regarding Comments added to a cell - is there a character limit - like maximum characters that can be added in the comments cell ?
Additionally if someone has come across implications of using this annotation/Commentary feature, please do share with us.

I don't think there is a character limit on a cell comment.

I will get someone to respond to questions around performance impact on workflow page using attachments or comments.
