Hello,

I've downloaded the free trial file (xprs_10.2.1_eval_win_ml.tar) which seems to be some kind of zip or 7zip file.

I've opened/unzipped it with 7zip and found a file called winx64h\issetup.exe which on double clicking I get a Windows warning along the lines of "Do you want to let this program make changes to your computer". I click "Yes" and then nothing happens.

Please could someone point me in the right direction to get the program installed? (According to IBM's follow up email their only tech support is via a very quiet forum).

First a disclaimer; I haven't had the CX Experience. Consequently the comments below are in general terms, not specific ones.

That's not an either/or. For pretty much any program installation you should unpack the files from the archive and then run the appropriate program, not try to run it from inside an archive. Sometimes you can get away with that, sometimes you won't.

p.s. I'm using Windows 7

Not sure whether it will run on Windows 7, but if it will it's dollars to donuts that instead of double clicking you'll need to right click and select "Run As Administrator".
