Picklist element that generates another unique picklist

Hi guys I have two dimensions named Account and Department. There is a one to many relationship between Account and department. Where one account can fall under many departments and many departments can fall under one account. The account is selected from a picklist and I would like to create a way that when an account is selected, a picklist that contains only the deparments that are applicable to it are available. Is this possible in TM1?

You need to use a picklist cube and place a rule in it that derives the picklist based on what has been entered in the cube.
