Problem with TM1 10.2 installation

Hi colleagues!

I've uninstalled tm1 10.1.1 (only client-part had been installed on my laptop). Now I'm trying to install tm1 10.2 (any clients like architect or cafe). After i choose installation path and click 'next' i get an error message:
"Cannot create an installation directory '...'. Insufficient privileges".
Of course, i trying do it with "Run as administrator" option.
I tried to run tm1 10.1.1 installation again and i have no problem with that.
After that i tried to find all tm1 folders, which hadn't been uninstalled by wizard. But i'm still getting an error.
Also I created installation folder before starting installation. It didn't help me too.

Any suggestions?
