TM1 10.1.1 FP2 Restart hangs when called through TI

Hi All,

We are currently running TM1 10.1.1. and have a weekly TI process that calls a bat file to restart the server instance.
The bat file stops the TM1 service with a NET STOP, completes a backup and then starts the server instance with a NET START.
Note: The SaveDataAll TI process runs 30 mins prior to the restart.

Sometimes the server instance stops but is still running in the task manager (Not visible in Architect) and doesnt stop till it is killed manually.
Ive noticed that there is a HF to resolve transaction behabior of the SaveDataAll and CubeSaveData TurboIntegrator function - (TM1 10.1.1 Fix Pack 2 IF1), released 1 Nov 2013.

Has anyone had a similar issue and found a fix / workaround i.e. install the latest IF1 and resolved a similar issues?
