What does the user see ? Can you finally answer that question ? A user that is not an admin user. Also, in the base sandbox. To verify, show us that exact cell while being logged on with that user.

Is the user using a sandbox ?
no he is not using any sand box.test_process1.PNG
The blue colour means that the user is using a sandbox. This could either be a manually created and selected sandbox - or very likely the user has the Personal Workspace capability enabled.

Press the tick icon "commit" in the ribbon and the value will be commited from the user's sandbox/workspace to the base data. Try this out to confirm that is what's happening, after you do it the admin user will be able to see the value as well.

If you are certain that the user is not using a sandbox then go to the capabilities section to confirm they are enabled for a personal workspace.

You can of course work out why workspaces were enabled and then decide whether they should be disabled for the group or whether you should just train the users to press the commit button.

Mentioning capabilities is indeed good Declan.

But what I don’t understand, if it is indeed the Personal Writeback mode : by default, user groups do not have the Personal Workspace Writeback mode capability granted. So you vikram.balaki, or another admin person, must have enabled it. You don’t remember enabling that capability ?

On the contrary, sandboxes are enabled by default.

Anw: In user workspace sandbox shows is default , and i have checked in architect that personal workspace is enabled i.e.. i can see grant

Press the tick icon "commit" in the ribbon and the value will be commited from the user's sandbox/workspace to the base data. Try this out to confirm that is what's happening, after you do it the admin user will be able to see the value as well.
Anw: As you said i have commited the data by selecting tick icon on the ribbon ,but data is not reflecting in the base data.
i can see data in users default sanbox, where as i see zero data in base sandbox .

Issue is resolved by make none to execute in the process security cube and after that I made websheet reset. Then which users created sandbox is working. But default sand box is not working
