Thanks, I reopened Wim's thread as had the same issue. Where I'm stuck is getting n_connect to work with the automation run under the service account without being logged in. You said:

If you want to use Macros like N_Connect you will need to ensure that the TM1P.XLA is set to load in Excel when running under this account.
