Q: Feeder flags will be added only for changes done or it will start adding from beginning?
A: During server start you load the preexisting file(s), which are an image of your last server session.
New flags (in RAM) are created due to data load or feeder rule changes.
Saving back RAM image to .feeder files is triggerd by saving a rule or saving cube data.
Q: What could be other possible consequences of the process I followed?
A: Safe way is 1. Shutdown server, 2. Delete files, 3. Start server
Q: Does turning off and on of PersistentFeeder requires server restart?
A: Yes, it is a static .cfg parameter.
