Hello everyone,
I have a TM1 user that has started getting an error message when loading the TM1 addin in Excel. The error says...
"Object library invalid or contains references to object definitions that could not be found"
I uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly, but no luck. TM1 Architect works fine. It sounds like a dll issue, but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any ideas?
His environment is: Windows XP, Excel 2000, TM1 9.0 sp3
Thanks,

Re: Object library invalid error
Do the following:
1) First uninstall any installation of TM1 Perspectives
2) Delete all the files in the Windows TEMP folder.
2) Then Search the computer for files with EXD extension. Then delete all the files with *.EXD extension from the computer.
3) Now run the TM1 Setup to install the TM1 Perspectives.
