WebSheets are not refreshing in PAW

Hi All,
We have 3 AD Groups and the security works for the most part. When I say working, we have our security rules on the projects dimension and all users get the projects based on their AD group - which is working in PAW.
In PAW Websheets are not refreshing for 2 AD groups but refresh for 1 AD group. Can someone please help me in locating where I am missing or where to look?
we are upgrading to PAW-2.1.14 version.
I have upgraded the model from PA 2.0.9.12 with contributor where security was working as expected.
