Anyone Know what is difference between IBM Cognos tm1 9.1 and IBM Cognos tm1 11.6 <PA2.0.9> Version ?
I mainly want to know usability , such as Websheet function / RULE function / TI function , Any aspects what is frequently-used?

You do realize that TM1 9.1 came out in 2007?

Yes, you can use a very old version of TM1 to develop a budgeting/forecasting application. The question is: why would you want to? You'd be missing out on 15 years of improvements and any ongoing vulnerability and defect fixes. You'd probably have to upgrade some expired certificates to get it to work and make sure all other software components you need are also old enough to work with that version. It's a bit like using Windows Vista in 2023. You certainly can if you really, really want to.
