Issue on TM1 Web Display

Hi everyone
I need help on a number format display in TM1 Web (Planning Analytics 2.0)
On the Web Interface, the date display in “French” is fine when connecting on the first server (for tests)


But the same file does not follow the format when opening it on another server (the one for users) : the date is displayed in numbers...

I tried to change languages on instance config files, servers, web browsers but it is still not working
Have you already faced this issue ? could you maybe help ?

Not sure if in the above steps you have checked the Regional Settings for the user that starts the TM1 related services - if not, try that.
