AIX (TM1 10.2.2) to Windows Server 2016 (PA 2.0)

Hello All,
we are Planning to migrate our current AIX (TM1 10.2.2) to windows Server 2016 ( PA 2.0).

Did any one migrate between different operating systems like this.
what would be best practice to migrate in these kind of situations. Are there any standard step we need to follow?

Haven't had chance to use it but looks like the tool is still available.

May I know the reason for the transfer? I heard about that the general performance on Unix is faster than Windows.

It was a corporate initiative decision made by upper management. I have see this document. I am looking if some one has done this already.

If there were any pain points.
