Consolidator Rule - Issue With Sandbox

Hi Guys

I am using the following consolidator rule for the "All Months" Element:
['Cashflow', 'Closing Balance', 'Amount', 'All Months'] = c:['December'];

It works perfectly, but with sandboxes it does not seem to "activate"
In a sandbox, it adds up the closing balance of all months rather than using the closing balance for December.

Any ideas?

Not sure but what if you prefix the elements with the dimension and hierarchy names?
