Hi
We are are running Planning Analytics Express for Tm1.
So there are 2 license types - User and Admin.
From my understanding, you cannot assign a user to any one of the 3 admin roles (Admin, DataAdmin, and Security Admin).
However, the problem we then have is that a person with a User license types is not able to make view or worksheets public...???
Surely this users can't be restricted from this...???
Any ideas?
Regards
Chris

Re: Public Views - Can Non Admin Users Create them
To create a public view you need to be in a group that has Admin rights to the cube in question. You do not have to be a TM1 Admin per se.
Re: Public Views - Can Non Admin Users Create them
Create a TI that runs PublishView with view name as a parameter and give users read access to this process.

Throw in a nice websheet to select the views to publish and you're all set

Or even don't write a process just use one that's already available. bedrock.cube.view.publish
