Unlikely to be jscript not enabled these days
Could be a browser setting so try in another browse eg Chrome FF see if that works. Or try IE and set all security features to low to see if security features are blocking the content.
possibly the web server is not serving up all content in which case check IIS virtual directories one by one to see if they reachable in the browse and set permissions to allow it.

There is a logs directory in your TM1Web Root directory. That will sometimes tell you if there is a permission issue to one of the directories.
