What is the future of Cognos TM1/PA?

Hello Everyone,

I recently have started learning and working in Cognos TM1. Previously I was working in Cognos EP and BI for around 4 years. I want to know the scope of TM1 in future. What else should I learn along with TM1 to be an expert in this field or switching to data science makes more sense?

This could probably be a bit off topic for this platform, but cannot find a better answer than from people who are expert in TM1!!!! Looking forward to your advice.

Hi. I've been working on EP since 1997 and I miss those grey screens.
I have to upgrade myself for TM1 as you need to do. You can do much more things than EP, but of course, as an open scripting tool (Turbo Integrator) it is not that "click in the options" system. Modeler is changing that and Architect let you do much more.

I suggest trying to build something first and chase the answers you don't have. Later, you can follow the IBM certification steps. More than a certification, you need to know how to use the system to pass.
