Hi,
Up until Friday all was fine, Monday morning how ever my users are getting the following message when trying to access TM1 via Perspectives and Architect on one instance only.
User does not have permission to browse the selected server.
Although receiving this message it does actually connect the user but they cannot see anything.
Their access is fine through TM1 web and TM1 Application (Contributor)
We have 4 instances of TM1 and this only occurs on one the other 3 there is not issue.
There has been no change to the group security or any other security.
I have tried bouncing the BI server (as we use CAM) and TM1 server but the issue remains.
Any idea what may have happened here ?
Thanks in advance.
Version of TM1 being used is 10.2.2

Did you get a resolution to this issue? I've got the same error.

Grasping at straws but do you have another TM1 service on this host with the same port number?

Have you checked the "Access to Server Explorer" in Capability Assignments in Perspectives? If it is deny then user will get this msg.
