Installing TM1 wih Windows 10
Hi Everyone,
I already checked for any posts regarding this issue and didn't find any.
I've installed TM1 10.2.2 in my new local machine (The machine came with Windows 10).
After installing the server and client (and confirming that the services are running), I got in architect and I'm not able to see any model available.
Can you help me on this (and is there any issue with Windows 10 and TM1 ? In all my previous installations I never faced this).
Thanks in advance,
Jorge

Re: Installing TM1 wih Windows 10
Hi Stuart,
Knowing that I tried to upgrade to the new SSL but it didn't work. I've reinstalled TM1 and going to try again to update the certificates in case I've missed something (was just wondering if something else was being missed or if there was some incompatibility).
Thanks,

Not intrinsically. I had a 10.2.2 install on a Windows 10 testbed pre-certificate expiry and it worked. I haven't updated the certificates on it at this time so I can't categorically guarantee that that particular process will work, but fear not, IBM is at their proactive best and will have a new install package that actually works to you no later that, eeeh, quarter of a year, 4 months tops after the whole thing blew up. Ya don't wanna rush these things, y'know. You city folk are always so impatient.jviegas@bi4all.pt wrote: Knowing that I tried to upgrade to the new SSL but it didn't work. If you get it working after redoing the tedious, time wasting process of updating the certificates, please let us know. If I get back to looking at the testbed and get it to work first, I'll do the same.

Re: Installing TM1 wih Windows 10
Hi Alan,
It's a deal.
Actually just received a new machine at the office and it came with Windows 10
Now either I solve this or I'll have to use a VM before any update is release.
Let's see if putting the SSL again will solve this.
thanks,
Jorge

Hi Alan,
If you install FP5 and change the SSL you'll be able to solve this TM1 issue with Windows 10.
Just ended installing FP5 and got this solved
Thanks for the brainstorming on this.

Which version were you installing that gave you the problem initially? Server and Client install on same machine? Client only?jviegas@bi4all.pt wrote: Just ended installing FP5 and got this solved.

And which version did you initially try to install?
