Hello,
For our system designers, we installed not only 32 bit Perspectives to align with the Excel 2010, but also 32 bit Architect and Performance Modeler, regardless of the 64 bit win7. Does anyone has a similar experience ? So far we haven't got any compatibility issue, although it seems that the installation is kind of wrong...
Cheers

Why is that kind of wrong? How many people use the 64-bit version of Excel versus 32-bit?hittony wrote:Hello,

Which could be wrong is that we installed 32 bit Architect and Performance Modeler on a 64 bit WIN7. No problem with Excel.tomok wrote:Why is that kind of wrong? How many people use the 64-bit version of Excel versus 32-bit?hittony wrote:Hello,

Maybe 64 bit Architect and PM can take more advantage of a 64 bit win os than 32 bit Architect and PM ?mvaspal wrote:32b architect and pm work fine on a 64bit win os

There is never anything "wrong" with using 32 bit programs on a 64 bit OS. This is normal, perfectly normalhittony wrote:Which could be wrong is that we installed 32 bit Architect and Performance Modeler on a 64 bit WIN7. No problem with Excel.
