Hi all,
There is one strange case here. One user changed his password. He can login other apps, only can't login TM1. If he logs in TM1 Web, it shows:
Login failed, please try again.
If he logs in Perspectives, it shows:
Server principal name (SPN) or the security context of the destination server could not be established
Our TM1 is 10.2.2. As I searched in IBM Support http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg21443224, the cause and solution don't meet my case.
I have tried to ask user to uninstall / reinstall TM1, I also tried to delete this client from TM1 and create it again. But it doesn't solve the problem.
Other users, who change password, don't have this problem.
Could some one help me to solve it? I have no idea how to figure it out. Thanks a lot.

This is the message you get when using integrated login and the domain ID of the user does not match whats in AD.Learn_TM1 wrote:If he logs in Perspectives, it shows:

Re: User can't login TM1 after changing the password
The problem has been solved. The rootcause is that user has special letters in his password. Cognos can't recognize it. If he changes his password with normal letters, he can login Cognos.
Thanks for your concern.
