Hi, I am new to tm1 and when creating subsets sometime i need to select multiple elements from dimension to form a static subset, however selecting 100+ odd elements is painful...is there any easier way to make this selection easier? Or automated way like ti process or functions or mdx expression that i can write to include this elements?
Thanks in advance. Hope my question is clear.
I use tm1 Prespectives. Win7.

Re: How to make multiple selection easier?
Hello,
Copy/paste from tools like Excel or Notepad is possible in the Subset editor. Of course you can use TI and MDX, for example create a dynamic subset with all Elements that match a certain value for an attribute. After that you can also make the subset static if you want.

It's Perspectives instead of Prespectives.
And it's Wim instead of Will.
Thanks.
