Hi,
Can I map a AD group to TM1 group? Similar how Cognos BI works with AD?
I'd like to modify a Tm1 users groups from AD so I would not need to use Architect or Perspectives.
Thanks
J.

Are you using CAM within TM1?

If you mean to login with use Integrated Security Mode =5
So we bounch to Cognos BI for a second then back to Tm1.

So if you're using CAM you're bringing them in to TM1? Why would you then need to add them to a local group? Why not just use the CAM group?

Re: TM1 Security and Active Directory
Sorry, I have to admit being very green on this.
Maybe I'll say this, our utlimate goal would be to manage user's security groups from AD and not have to use Architech or Perspectives.
Is this possible, how would I go about doing that?
Thanks!

Re: TM1 Security and Active Directory
Your profile says version 9.5.2 but I'm assuming you are really using 10.2.2? No one is going to write a forum post telling you how to implement CAM security and integrate it with AD. This is highly technical stuff and is more than adequately covered in the IBM documentation.mcguija wrote:Is this possible, how would I go about doing that?
