Post by nxw »

Hi All,

Whats the quickest way to edit an element name without having to recreate another element with the proper name?

Please stop posting into the General forum; TM1 queries should be in the TM1 forum.

Use the search feature at top right to look through threads relating to the SwapAliasWithPrincipalName function.

Personally I wouldn't trust it; I'd prefer to export the data, change the name and re-import it. Still, it exists and as long as you back up the data first it may do what you need.

Seems indeed very plausible :-)
