Automating saving of rights file for application web

Hi,

We have an application on the application web for which our approval hierarchy changes frequently and when that happens we want to trigger the saving of the rights file automatically. There is no need to add additional rights through the interface since we just have one right defined at the top level that cascades down. Currently we have to manually open the rights editor and just hit save. Does anyone know the TI process that runs in the background so can can call that process ourselves during the dimension build of the approval dim.
