Hello All,
We have had issues with the tomcat(pmpsvc) being going to hung state and makes the TM1web unavailable.
Though the service shows as running status, We have to restart the tomcat(pmpsvc) from services.msc to make the TM1 web available.
When we check the tomcat logs under E:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm10.2.2_64\webapps\pmpsvc\WEB-INF\logs in file pmpsvc no information are logged.
Any idea how to fix this issue or whats making this issue?

What's the memory assigned to tomcat? Is there any windows log?
