TM1 Error - TI_INTERNAL[NA |}tp_upgrade_from_v9_5...

Hi:

In an attempt to access TM1 Applications I am getting this error, below.

I am running TM1 version 10.2 and have not upgraded recently so I am not sure what this is referring to.

Has anyone come across this error before and if so how do you resolve?

This occurred after restoring TM1 data files from a backup. (the restore only affected data on one server). (Not sure if this is related but just to try to trace what might have gone wrong.)

When, exactly did you get this error? Was it after trying to open a single TM1 application? Or was it after logging into the page of TM1 applications? Or after something else?

How old is the backup? It could be that the back up did not contain all of the necessary TIs.

You can also investigate the TI itself, check the log file for the ti "{tp_upgrade_from_v9_5_2_to_v10_1", find the error line and work on from there.
