TM1 Web not showing all data as Excel

Hello All:

First time poster, but a long time lurker! I am relatively new to TM1 and have about 1.5 years of experience working on projects on and off.

I have recently ran into an issue where a TM1 Excel report runs and shows correct numbers but when the report is published to TM1Web it only shows partial data. In this case, the data sources feeding the report are two cubes - a main aggregate cube and another cube that feeds line item data. The aggregates show up on TM1Web fine, but the section that is defined via TM1RPTROW expression does not appear on TM1Web (again works fine in TM1 perspective). We are on 10.1.1 environment.

Attached are the two images showing the issue at hand.

As per some other post, I tried doing some trial and error adjusting column width and text wrapping to see if anything will change but that did not help.

Any advise on how to go about debugging is appreciated.

I noticed that the TM1RPTVIEW call was referencing another server which TM1 Perspective was able to connect and get the subset data, whereas the TM1 Web could not so it displays nothing.
