This is a rather scary problem.
I can't be sure this is only happening in 10.2.2 or earlier releases but I'm seeing this with the install sample SData.
The original problem that's causing the crash is till being investigated by IBM but we are seeing the side effect of TM1 objects (cubes, dimensions, Pro) being deleted during server crash, not always but we have seen it a few times.
Definitely not a virus scan problem as there isn't any virus scan software installed.
Suspect this has to be do with TM1 trying to delete temporary files and something went wrong and as a result, it went on deleting TM1 objects as I am seeing some errors relating to delete files which has been raised as a possible cause of the crashes:
TM1.Server sf_DeleteFile: Error on file "c:\program files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\bin64\..\samples\tm1\sdata\}Async\}Async.....
So backup backup and make sue you have all the backups you need.
