TM1 - IBM Cognos Package Connector Data Source Issue

Hi,

Currently at our client we have a issue using the IBM Cognos Package Connector for TM1.
We can use the package connector to the point we want to retrieve data with it.

We can connect to the BI environment and select a report/package, once we try to retrieve data from that report/package we get a constant pop up asking for a data source signon

Our users we use to connect to BI work as they should, we can run the reports on Cognos BI and use the packages as well, we can also retrieve data from it.
We even set our users as the user to run the TM1 services on the server, with no result.

Can anyone help us with this issue?

Hi,

Try configuring the same data source connection as the data source in BI on the TM1 server and BI server/s (Dispatchers) through ODBC as PC will try and use a local data source at run time.

Hi,

We have made a data source connection on the TM1 server which is based on the BI one.
Same name, same IP ... and still we get this popup.

We checked our user access on the database as well.
